We work with a wide range of materials, including various grades of aluminum (2024, 6061, 7075), stainless steel, titanium (Grade 2), and high nickel alloys (Hastelloy X, Haynes 230, Inconel 718).

Our standard lead time is typically 10 weeks, but we offer expedited services for urgent projects.

While we don’t design parts from scratch, we provide valuable feedback on manufacturability and can suggest optimizations to improve quality and reduce costs.

We can achieve tight tolerances, with true position tolerances as low as ±0.005 inches (5 thousandths) for complex formed parts.  If we are machining billet, we can hold +- .001 inches.

Yes, we have the capability to machine parts up to 110 inches long using our 5-axis machines.
