Apprenticeship Program

We’re looking for high-quality people around West Lafayette, Ohio, who are curious and willing to learn. We do world-class hydroforming, precision machining, and NADCAP heat treating in West Lafayette, OH, building components that compete with those of companies across the country and, in some cases, around the world. Almost every person in a management position at this company started at the entry level.
